I hired KC Floorworx three weeks ago to refinish the wood in one of my rooms. I live in a very old house covered with ugly carpet, and knowing we had wood everywhere under it, we couldn't wait to get rid of the carpet and the germs that come with it. Kirsten's crew was spectacular in the way they worked. They have incredible skills, always come with a smile, and manifest genuine interest in the client's satisfaction. I intend to hire this crew again to refinish all the floors in my house. They are trustworthy and respectful. Kirsten is a go-to person when there is any question or concern. Her responsiveness, listening skills, and problem-solving capacity are one of a kind. I would give KC Floorworx 10 starts if I could!

Nice showroom with a large selection of flooring that I could see and feel. The visualizer offer was very helpful. The staff was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Looking forward to our install.

Kirsten and the team at KC Floorworx have overhauled our whole house! It feels like a dream. We had 6 different flooring combos on our main floor (yikes!!) when we bought the house…from carpets to various types of wood & even tile in the bathroom.
