I hired KC Floorworx three weeks ago to refinish the wood in one of my rooms. I live in a very old house covered with ugly carpet, and knowing we had wood everywhere under it, we couldn't wait to get rid of the carpet and the germs that come with it. Kirsten's crew was spectacular in the way they worked. They have incredible skills, always come with a smile, and manifest genuine interest in the client's satisfaction. I intend to hire this crew again to refinish all the floors in my house. They are trustworthy and respectful. Kirsten is a go-to person when there is any question or concern.
